Thank you Walmart for Christmas in the Summer!

Tuesday, June 26th, Walmart employees from the supercenter in Allen came to volunteer at Children’s Health in Plano. Team members participated in various activities with our patients; these included cookie decorating, ornament making, coloring sheets, and other arts and crafts. A surprise visit from Santa was the cherry on top for everyone’s day!

Walmart in the northern market (market 51), has committed to partnering with Children’s Health Plano on a monthly basis. Walmart has also provided baskets for events such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. They will also start their POS campaign in late August. Walmart is target to hit $1 billion in giving to Children’s Miracle Network this year. Thank you Walmart for all your support and we look forward to strengthening our partnership with you!
