Shop for Good with Kendra Scott

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and Kendra Scott is on a mission to do good together! All month long, Kendra Scott will be supporting Children’s Miracle Network local hospitals by giving customers a chance to round up to the nearest dollar in four local stores or donate online after checkout. In addition to their month long campaign, Children’s Health young professional group, The One Society, hosted a two day online and in-store shopping event with Kendra Scott on 9/9 – 9/10. This September also marks the five year anniversary of Kendra Cares, which brings the magic and joy of their Color Bar to pediatric hospitals, giving patients and their caregivers a break from their everyday to design their own piece of customized jewelry at no cost. Since it’s inception, Kendra Cares has served over 7,500 patients and caregivers in 35 different hospitals annually. Children’s Health patients love it when the Kendra Scott team comes to the hospitals with their Kendra Cares magic. Here are photos from the 2019 Kendra Cares event: 

In the midst of COVID-19, the Kendra Cares program has transformed into a virtual experience, so that patients and their caregivers can still receive a piece of jewelry made specially for them. Children’s Health will host the first virtual Kendra Cares event on September 30th. Kendra Scott is also providing a 45 minute pre-recorded concert with performances from 5 celebrity artists and special messages from other surprise guests throughout the show to be played on Red Balloon Network throughout Children’s Health on September 25th.
