Little Vivie has one of the sweetest smiles out there! Born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect, she has overcome many things in just 3 years, including open heart surgery. Despite these challenges, Vivie is never seen without a smile on her face and has a fun-loving, resilient personality.
