Crushin’ It for the Kids

Life Time® – a luxury athletic resort designed with health, wellness and community at its core – has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® to help sick and injured kids have a fighting chance at a healthier tomorrow.

On October 12, 2019, 32 Life Time® athletic resorts will host the inaugural Crushin’ It for the Kids charity workout. Crushin’ It participants will be pushed to new levels during a one-of-a-kind Alpha or GTX workout. Four workout times will be offered, from 8am – 12pm, followed by a social gathering at Life Time’s LifeCafe restaurant. The event is open to Life Time members and the general public.

For a $15 registration fee, participants will get to participate in the custom Alpha or GTX workout at their preferred class time  and will be provided a personalized fundraising page. Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of $100 prior to the event, with all funds raised being split evenly between the Life Time® Foundation and Children’s Health.
