Crowns and Gowns
On Friday, August 17th, Children’s Health hosted seven Miss America titleholders including Miss Texas, Madison Fuller, and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, London Hibbs. Miss Texas and fellow titleholders worked with the Children’s Health Child Life team to host an event called “Crowns and Gowns” for patients and families. Young girls were able to have their makeup and nails done by the titleholders, get their own personalized jewelry at a Kendra Scott color bar, and then select one of 150 dresses donated by fashion designer Sherri Hill in partnership with Terry Costa. Families were also able to enjoy sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes.
